Key Stage 5 Chemistry
Chemistry A-level at sixth-form follows the OCR A specification. The subject builds on skills and knowledge developed throughout KS3 and KS4. There will be a strong emphasis on allowing students to thrive as independent learners and enquiring scientists as this subject explores new content and has a key focus on unseen practical techniques. Chemistry is also often regarded as a connection between other subjects, with deep ties to maths, biology, physics and medicine.
